The workshop will take place in the 2* hotel Les Hautannes (hotel website) in St Germain au Mont d'Or, located in a mansion within a 2.5 ha park near the Saône river 15 km north-west of Lyon.
A full board accommodation is possible with 49 rooms (single or double) available in the hotel. Accomodation during the conference period will be provided on the basis of a shared twin room (supplement for single occupation). The rooms will be distributed according to the formula: first paid booked, until all are reserved. As the number of places is limited, register early.
Better standard hotel rooms can be booked in a nearby Novotel hotel (http://www.novotel.com/fr/hotel-0437-novotel-lyon-nord-porte-de-lyon/index.shtml) , distant by a few kms from the conference hotel. A car transportation to the conference site will be organized in the morning and after dinner for people not staying in Hautannes.
