We will present our most recent published and unpublished work showing how chromatin insulators may participate to the demarcation of euchromatin from heterochromatin involving
co-factors required for looping and TADs, or in reinforcing epigenetic demarcation. We will also present recent data highlighting the impact of TADs in gene expression, systematically.
