2. Deciphering nuclear receptor biological function in differentiating mouse pluripotent embryonic cells

This project is focused on the study of nuclear receptors biological functions. Among the nuclear receptor superfamilly, we are particularly interested in the analysis of NR involved in pluripotency maintenance and/or differentiation of pluripotent embryonic stem cells (e.g. the Retinoic Acid Receptors RAR and RXR) and which also exert important biological functions during embryonic development as well as during the adult life.
