MUMmer

We assume that you have previously installed the last MUMmer version ($\ge$ 3.0) on your machine. Otherwise please go to http://mummer.sourceforge.net/ and follow the install procedures describe in the online manual. Don't forget to add the MUMmer directory to your $PATH. Assuming you are running a shell in bash, this can be simply done as follows:

$export PATH=${PATH}:/path/to/MUMmer/directory
