Research in our laboratory is focused on understanding the biological and clinicopathological features of malignant hemopathies, mainly leukemias and lymphomas, which form a heterogenous group of tumors. These diseases serve as relevant models to elucidate the basic principles of tumorigenesis, and develop novel diagnostic methods and therapies.
