Poster sessions

ICSB 2018 has the pleasure to disclose the guidelines and details regarding its poster sessions:

For the poster sessions, to be held at the exhibition hall, from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm, on October 28, 29 and 31, the presence of the Presenting Author in front of its communication is mandatory at the theme, poster ID, date and time sent previously by e-mail. 


Please, find below the guidelines for your poster preparation:

  • You will have a poster board (Identified with your poster ID) with a displaying area of 90 cm X 190 cm. It is made to fit perfectly a poster with A0 dimensions – portrait format (84.1 cm wide by 118.9 cm high).
  • For hanging your poster, double face tape will be provided at the conference venue.
  • In order to avoid poster hanging problems, we kindly advise you to bring it printed out on a A0 paper surface. 

Display instructions:

You will find at the Scientific Welcome Desk all the material needed to hang your poster, as well as the plan allowing you to find the poster board on which you must hang it.

Posters must be hanged throughout the conference. We ask you to present yourself to hang your poster at the conference’s opening (Sunday, October 28 from 8:30 am). The exhibition’s opening will be at 10:00 am and the first poster session at 2:00 pm.

Posters can only be removed from the Poster Boards from Wednesday, October 31 at 4:00 pm. Unrecovered posters at the exhibition closing will be destroyed.

Wednesday’s poster session


In order to give more visibility to the authors’ research, on Wednesday, October 31, the poster session will be open to all presenters who would like to have another opportunity to exchange with the conference attendees.
