Instructions for authors

Manuscript preparation

Authors are invited to submit manuscripts reporting original unpublished research and recent developments in the topics related to the symposium. The length of the papers should not exceed 8 single-spaced pages (in two-column format), ACM style including tables and figures. A template for ACM SIG Proceedings style (LaTeX2e and MS Word) can be found at http://www.acm.org/sigs/pubs/proceed/template.html. Accepted papers will appear in the ACM symposium proceedings.

Manuscript submission

Papers should be submitted via OpenConf on the following link: http://pe-wasun08.conf.citi.insa-lyon.fr/openconf/openconf.php.

Camera-ready paper preparation

All the guidelines for the camera-ready paper preparation are available at: http://www.sheridanprinting.com/typedept/pe-wasun.htm.

Note that the submission deadline is August 4th, 2008 (Firm deadline). Please kindly adhere to the page limits and the submission deadline. The submission site is ready, and early submissions are encouraged. The copyright form must also be sent before this deadline.

Note that at least ONE of the authors of each accepted paper must attend the conference to present his/her paper in Vancouver. The author registration deadline is August 25th, 2008. Registration form will be soon posted on the web site.
