The ''E5 /scratch'' encountered some issues since yesterday around 12:00 am. 
The network issues,-that were concomitantly encountered on the ENS yesterday-, slowed the investigation, however the problems were resolved this morning and the causes are still under investigation.

The ''/scratch'' is now up and fully operational.
