Reconfiguration of /scratch servers in progress.

Almost all network switches upgraded and reconfigured.

New login/passwd will be send to everyone, as soon as we are ready. Not before.

PS: As there is a flooding in our previous offices, we had to rush to empty them of all remaining stuff.
