Everything goes strictly as planned, except:\\

  * 10 days of elevator failure -> 4 days delay.\\
  * 2 days of elevator (another one) failure during the relocation of our offices -> +2 days delay.\\
  * snowfall/rain inside the building -> +1 day delay.\\
  * flooding in our previous offices, we had to rush to empty them of all remaining stuff  -> +2 days delay.\\
