For those having problems with the system openmpi and OpenCL ICD, use E5 foss or gompi OpenMPI suite:

ml use /applis/PSMN/debian11/E5/modules/all
# then
ml load gompi/2021b
# or
ml load foss/2021b
</code>

then rebuild your binaries.
