20171208 Relocation in the new Datacenter (SING)

The network issues due to new 10Gb network configuration is resolved.
We are still waiting for backuped electric power tests and full water cooling powerup.

There are good news anyway:

All E5 servers are relocated in the new racks, wired and powered.
The data servers are upgraded and each hard drive was tested (only six over six hundred out of order).
We are testing the switches.
More good news comming up on monday.
