Tracerate and other tools results

Goals

The Goal of this test is to validate eWAN as a testbed for evaluation of network measurement tools.

Conditions :

The topology emulated is :

C0 == P0 == R == P2 == C1
  200   500  600   300    (Mbits/s)
The notation is : the link from C0 to P0 has a capacity of 200Mbits/s.
For both emulator (netem and nistnet) iperf report a bandwidth from C0 to C1 of 197Mbps/s.
