There's a problem on r730data7, host of all bio homes and shares at PSMN (LBMC, RDP, IGFL, CIRI, etc).

There's a reconstruction implying 3 disks (one dead, changed, two ok-ish) **in the same sub-pool**. This is a very **very** VERY VeRy vErY ve-ry slow process:

This is a two passes process, with a bit of parallelism.

The volume is rebuilding, but keeps going back and forth between "degraded mode" (data available) and "suspended mode" (no access to data). It will take a long time (probably more than a week).
