How to get to Aussois?

We remind you that the workshop starts on Saturday, June 2nd by a dinner and welcome party in the evening (around 8pm). The lecture and poster sessions will start on Sunday morning and the workshop will end on Wednesday, June 6th after the lunch. In order to facilitate your arrival and departure (especially for non-European participants), we can arrange a housing (only few more rooms are available now) at ENS Lyon before and/or after the workshop (a guest room costs 170 FF/per person/per night). Please, contact us if you need a reservation.

Registration and housing

The registration for the Aussois meeting consists of two steps:

First step: Submission of a poster presentation. The registration has been closed.

However, applications can be sent after the deadline! Please, contact: aussois2001@ens-lyon.fr

We will take care about the local transport (Lyon-Aussois and Modane-Aussois). Therefore, we ask that you indicate whether you need local transportation and, if so, where and when you will arrive.

Centre Paul Langevin is located and in a mountain-sport resort. We have reserved rooms with two beds along with a limited number of single rooms. Please indicate if you know a person with whom you want to share a room.  

Second step: Confirmation and payment. Currently proceeding ...

Since we have funding from several sources (Ministery of Sciences, CNRS, ENS, NSF, IASPEI) the registration fee vary due to your affiliation. Student and post-doc are exempted from paying a registration fee. For faculty and CNRS, the registration fee should be paid before April, 27th, otherwise your registration may be cancelled and another candidate will be chosen.

The registration fee includes accommodation, food (breakfest, lunch and dinner) and local transportation.
