Probe Coordination Protocol

The PCP probe coordination protocol is a tool for synchronizing and coordinating the end-to-end active performance measurements in a grid testbed. PCP is currentlyreplacing the cron measurement schedulers in the DataGRID network monitoring system. PCP is distributed in open source in the EDG suite.
