This thesis is situated within the framework of noncommutative geometry, a mathematical approach that aims to model a quantum spacetime capable of reconciling quantum mechanics and general relativity at the Planck scale, where current theories reach their limits. It focuses on the study of spacetime models based on noncommutative algebras, as well as the symmetries governing them, described through quantum groups, and analyzes the resulting physical consequences. The thesis also examines scalar and gauge quantum field theories formulated on these noncommutative spacetimes.
