Title: Fayet-Iliopoulos terms without gaugings in supergravity

Abstract:
We present a new embedding of the Fayet-Iliopoulos terms in
N=1 and N=2 supergravity that do not require the gauging of the
R-symmetry and we study the relation to anti D3-branes.
