Title: Learning for electron and fluorescence microscopy

Abstract: I will talk about different projects that aim to improve the quality of microscopy reconstruction.
I will present these problems in an inverse problem formalism and show how by exploiting the specific structure of the forward operator we are able to use learning tools. I will make the link between various previously published works and outline the main lines of my research project. I'm particularly interested in applications for fluorescence microscopy and cryogenic electron microscopy.
