MESURES ANNULÉES POUR LE 30/06

We are staying in expectant state (that's the worst translation ever, but méh.) about a report or a confirmation of said campaign.

“Sous réserve de conditions météorologiques favorables, la réalisation des mesures acoustiques MLE / SING est programmée dans la nuit du jeudi 30 juin au 1 juillet (second repli).”

Under favorable weather conditions, acoustic measurements (yes, again) will occur during the night from Thursday 30th of june to Friday 1st of july 2022.

We may need to shutdown all of compute nodes and parts of storage to meet the required power/cooling conditions of the measurements, if the date is confirmed.

Our general purpose share (/applis/PSMN/) hang with a “Kernel Panic”, friday evening…

A lot of things might have not function correctly this Week-End. Sorry.

“Sous réserve de conditions météorologiques favorables, la réalisation des mesures acoustiques MLE / SING est programmée dans la nuit du jeudi 23 au vendredi 23 juin 2022. Date de repli, jeudi 30 juin au 1 juillet”

Under favorable weather conditions, acoustic measurements (yes, again) will occur during the night from Thursday 23th of june to Friday 24th of june 2022. Backup date, Thursday 30th of june to Friday 1st of july 2022

We need to shutdown all of compute nodes and parts of storage to meet the required power/cooling conditions of the measurements. Queues and partitions will be blocked “when date choosen and confirmed” until Friday. All compute nodes will be powered off Thursday 23th (or 30th, who knows…), end of afternoon.

• some deb9/sge queues still powered off (see qstat)
• some Lake nodes still powered off (network & hardware modifications TODO)
• all deb11/slurm active
• data13 (/Xnfs/cosmos, /Xnfs/zoomin) : IN PROGRESS, add hardware and reboot

At that time, mostly upgrades on various servers. Expect deconnections.
