20220118 / SMTP server upgrade
We are upgrading our SMTP server today. Emails from jobs and nodes may take some time to be distributed.
20220111 / bio homes temporarily unavailable
A minor problem occured today on data7 (home for all bio laboratory : ciri, igfl, rdp, lbmc, ibcp, crcl), when changing a bad disk. The main volume pool was unavailable for ~15mn, around noon.
Check your jobs, some may have crashed.
20220103 / Scratches are full
/scratch/Lake and /scratch/Bio, on cluster Lake, are full.
Please DO cleanup ASAP, or we will, blindly.

20211217 / Too much I/O on scratch
An unexpected incident occur on /scratch/Lake this morning:
Something went wrong in a job, with a very large load of I/O on /scratch/Lake, blocking all but one job for too long.
a large bunch of jobs timeouted… Sorry for the inconvenience.
