  • Working on: Programmed DNA elimination in Mesorhabditis nematodes , and a little bit of sex chromosome evolution also in Mesorhabditis.
  • Background: PhD at EMBL-EBI & The University of Cambridge on genome graph methods development and application to malaria genomics.
  • Research interest: Combining evolution, genome biology and computational omics.
