- Working on: Programmed DNA elimination in Mesorhabditis nematodes , as well as sex chromosome evolution also in Mesorhabditis.
- Background: PhD at EMBL-EBI & The University of Cambridge on genome graph methods development and application to malaria genomics.
- Research interest: Genome evolution, genome biology and computational biology.
