« Shaken, not stirred » how mechanochemistry allows to synthesize molecules
Mechanochemical activation involving ball mills and extruders has found many applications in solvent-free organic synthesis. In addition to implementing a more sustainable synthetic strategy, this approach may also accelerate reactions and contribute to the facilitated preparation of original molecules. Representative examples of our contributions in this area will be presented.
