4. Metabolism and differentiation

This project is lead by Christophe Arpin

This project aims to evaluate the stochasticity affecting the expression of genes important for metabolic pathways during cellular differentiation. As a proof of concept, we will first use single cell RNA-Seq data obtained during a primary CD8 T cell response, a differentiation process regulated by several metabolic switches.
