/usr/share/augustus/config is read-only and Augustus may need to write into it (in learning mode), you can copy this config directory into your $HOME and export or modify global environment variable $AUGUSTUS_CONFIG_PATH to this new path.export AUGUSTUS_CONFIG_PATH=${HOME}/path/to/config
