This thesis investigates the statistical properties of out-of-equilibrium nonlinear dispersive equations by describing how certain random configurations of the system at the initial state evolve over time. Mathematically, this is formulated as the study of the transport of Gaussian measures along the flow of the equation, or equivalently, as the study of the laws of solutions generated by Gaussian random initial data. In the case of the Schrödinger equation, we show that the evolution of these measures is quasi-invariant, meaning that at any time the flow transforms these measures into measures that are absolutely continuous with respect to the original ones. By quantitatively analyzing the corresponding Radon–Nikodym derivatives, we are then able to obtain quantitative information on the solutions, in particular in low-regularity regimes where the energy is infinite. In a different direction, we study a discrete model of the nonlinear Schrödinger equation and show that the evolution of Gaussian measures is of a completely different nature: at each time, they are singular with respect to the initial Gaussian measure. This thesis contributes to the research program initiated by Tzvetkov in 2015 on the study of the transport of Gaussian measures under the flow of nonlinear dispersive equations.
