Genome reorganization during insect spermiogenesis
We have developped a collaboration with the teams of Daniel Jost (LBMC) and Guillermo Orsi (IAB, Grenoble) to study genome 3D reorganization during the compaction of spermatid nuclei in insects.
This project is funded by an ANR project "ORTHOSPERM" (B. Loppin)
Our first cricket paper is now published in Nature communications!
