Solène Denolly is the recipient of the AC42 thesis award "Fundamental Research on Virtual Hepatitis" from the ANRS for her thesis defended in 2018 under the title HCV assembly : from clustering of viral assembly factors to envelopment and lipidation of particles.

A prize of 1500€ was awarded to her at the meeting of the French National Hepatitis Network on February 7 and 8, 2019. The ceremony was also an opportunity for Solène Denolly to present her work to a panel of specialists.

Solène Denolly is currently a postdoctoral researcher at CIRI in the team of Francois-Loic Cosset. She is interested in host-pathogen interactions and is particularly interested in understanding how the hepatitis C virus uses neutral lipid acquisition to regulate the different stages of its viral cycle.
