ECO-4210 : Droit public européen et international

The course presents international and EU law and their relationship to French law.The actors involved in shaping these laws will be enumerated. The results will then be detailed, i.e. the sources of international law (mainly treaties) and above all the sources of EU law. Finally, the relationship between French law and these two legal orders will be explained. 

This course will provide an opportunity to explain the workings of the EU and some of its policies, and to consider current issues concerning its future.
