March 8, 2018, on International Women's Day. Under the patronage of Ms. Françoise Barré-Sinoussi, Nobel Prize in Medicine, and Ms. Anne-Marie Lagrange, member of the French Academy of Sciences.

The aim of this meeting is to encourage the vocations of girls at school, supports women in research & recognizes excellence in a field where women are underrepresented. High school girls, aged from 16 to 18, will meet Female Researchers and Female PhD scientists working in various technological and scientific fields.
Girls still lack confidence in pursuing high-paid careers in science and technology, even when their school results are as good or better than boys. "Gender differences in self-confidence" could be the key difference. Even though girls might achieve better academic results, there is still a reluctance to apply for jobs.
