We would like to congratulate Béatrice Zani, doctorate in sociology at the Triangle laboratory, who has been given the 2017 Christian Ricourt Young Researchers award in Taiwanese studies.

Béatrice Zani is working on her thesis under the direction of Laurence Roulleau Berger and Hsin-Huang Michael Hsiao.

This award recognizes research conducted by Béatrice Zani on women migrant workers from China and Taiwan, at the Institute of Sociology of Academia Sinica in Taipei, as part of her thesis in sociology entitled: "urban and professional women from China and Taiwan: solidarity and resistance in a globalized context".
