Objectives
What is a language? How do we learn language? Why is English so hard?
By now you have probably been learning English for about ten years, and you may feel like you are
stagnating. In this course, you will learn about the English language, but also about how to learn it.
You will practise different techniques for learning, explore their advantages and disadvantages, and
learn about what the research says.
