RESEARCH TRAINING PLAN
Each of our 13 fellows has now defined its Personal Career Development Plan (CDP) for year one, in agreement with its supervisor.
Training activities include:
• Training through research (immersion of the ESRs and ERs within top-level groups and personal investment in stimulating and creative research projects),
• Participation to at least one of the formal training courses organized by the network, and to all Annual pNMR Workshops,
• Participation to at least one of the specialised, practical courses (“applied training”) designed to support research project for ESRs and ERs,
• Complementary training
• On-site training courses offered in the normal degree programmes of the participating academic institutions available for the ESRs and ERs
