ENS de Lyon proposes about twenty cultural, artistic, sports or civic associations and offers students the possibility, according to their desires, to cultivate or express themselves or to get involved in an associative project.

logo AssetASSET, the school's international students' club, works hard to make sure you ease into your new life in Lyon in the best possible way. The club's activities include: an international dinner party, the "Tandem" language exchange program (practice your French around coffee), cultural outings, cooking classes, film projections...

Logo Student club federationThe student club federation aims to pool resources (rooms, equipment, skills) and raise the profile of ENS de Lyon and its clubs.

Logo BDEThe bureau des élèves (BDE) brings together a large number of students of ENS de Lyon around special events, parties and week-end trips -- staples include the Christmas ball, the annual Gala and the Garden Party, but also the Welcome weekend (Weekend d'Intégration) in September.

ALiENS logoAliENS student club defends free software, provides expertise in computer science and helps repair equipment.

ArcENSiel logoLGBTQIA+ association, ArcENSiel has a double mission: to support and represent students of all sexualities and all genders, and to create a framework for healthy debate around issues related to sexualities and gender.

AS logoMembers of the sports association (AS) can attend lessons (tennis, badminton, yoga, etc.), go on hiking, skiing and climbing excursions, or simply take advantage of the campus facilities available 7 days a week (two gyms, one climbing wall, one tennis court, one fitness/dance room and two weights room with cardio machines).

Logo BulBuL (bureau ludique/fun office) is an association that organizes many activities centered around playfulness and geek themes in general. It is composed of different clubs (Board Games, Role Playing Games, Anime, Geekorale, Murder and Lightsaber).

Champ libre logoChamp libre is the club for movie buffs eager to bring out their inner Fellini, helping them produce their own short films and documentaries and hosting monthly screenings at the Kantor Theater.

Confér'ENS logoConfér'ENS is a club that helps every ENS de Lyon student, researcher or member of staff organize a conference or a seminar by providing logistical help, funding and practical tips.

ENScène logoENScène aims to support artistic creation within the ENS de Lyon and stages plays, concerts, movie screenings and dance performances, notably in the Kantor Theater. The club also offers discount tickets to Lyon's opera and main theaters.

Logo Choeur de l'ENS de LyonThe ENS de Lyon choir, which brings together students, teachers, researchers and staff but also people from outside the school, meets once a week and gives two series of concerts each year, in November and in May.

ENvertS logoENvertS is an ecological association whose activities include managing a Community-supported agriculture (CSA / AMAP in French) which delivers once a week local and peasant agricultural products to its members; conducting discussions with the administration to improve various ecological aspects of ENS de Lyon; organizing conferences, debates and screenings related to ecology and, more generally, ecological events and actions.
