The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program was established by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs to enable French higher education institutions to attract top foreign students to enroll in their masters and PhD programs.
It provides future foreign decision-makers, in both the private and public sectors, with the opportunity to be trained in French higher education institutions, in priority areas of study.
Conditions: Applicants must be non French citizens. Master's applicants must not have already studied in France and must be up to 25 years old (born after 31 March 1998). PhD applicants must be up to 30 years old (born after 31 March 1993).
For PhD students, the joint PhD (double degree) or jointly supervised PhD agreement must be already validated (and signed) between ENS de Lyon and the partner University at the time of application.>
2024 Campaign Timeline
- Apply online - CLOSED FOR 2024
The application must be submitted by November 20, 2023
- A selection committee will take place in December 2023 to select the best applications, in relation with the international policy of the ENS de Lyon, and will then be transmitted to Campus France.
- Publication of results (directly by Campus France) : April 2024
Please note : to apply for a Master’s degree, the process is not the same.
