Biography
Dr. Ramin Javadi holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Sharif University of Technology. His thesis focused on "Isoperimetric problems on graphs" under the supervision of Prof. Amir Daneshgar. Prior to this, he completed an M.Sc. in Mathematics at Isfahan University of Technology, with a thesis titled "Chip-firing game and b-coloring of graphs". Professor Javadi served as an Assistant Professor of Mathematics at Isfahan University of Technology before becoming an Associate Professor since December 2020.
Collaboration with IHRIM Laboratory
For several years, the LIP and the Computer Science Department at ENS Lyon have maintained ties with Iran, notably through hosting students from Isfahan University of Technology. Several of these students, who received excellent training in graph theory, were supervised by Ramin Javadi. Although there has not yet been any direct collaboration, his upcoming visit to ENS de Lyon would be a valuable opportunity to strengthen scientific exchanges—particularly in structural graph theory—and to broaden cooperation between the two institutions.
