The BCI program (Bureau de coopération interuniversitaire) is a Franco-Quebec program.
A convention uniting French and Quebec universities to promote student exchanges. Under this agreement, students enrolled in a French university have the opportunity to study in Quebec in one of ten French or English-speaking universities during a semester or an entire academic year.
