Subject:
By naming our junior laboratory project "The Social Factory of Language", we wish to emphasize the constructed nature of language facts and thus promote a social vision of language. Moreover, our bias is that a social vision of language also implies a social vision of research.
Conceiving language as a "social construct" and promoting a collaborative approach to research is therefore both an epistemological and methodological challenge that we would like to take up together, from our diversified training and research activities to our joint production of knowledge and tools on language to be shared with as many people as possible.
