student healthcare service
The student healthcare service is located on Descartes campus.
Nurses perform first aid care but also technical, educative and relational care. They ensure the follow up of medical record with the doctors; they welcome, listen and if needed, guide towards appropriate medical structure.
It is recommended to contact the medical secretary to check the availability of nurses and doctors and to set up an appointment if necessary.

Psychological support
Anxiety, blues, or deeper moral difficulties, the preventive medicine service is there to listen, support and guide you. Consultations are free, anonymous and last around 45 minutes.
The appointment needs to be set up with the nurses: medecine.preventive [at] ens-lyon.fr (medecine[dot]preventive[at]ens-lyon[dot]fr).
Osteopathy
A partnership with the Lyon Superior Institute of Osteopathy - ISOstéo Lyon enables ENS de Lyon students to consult an osteopath free of charge (upon presentation of your student card). These consultations are provided by final-year students at ISOstéo practices.
Consultations are by appointment only. Appointments must be scheduled by phone or e-mail.
