Times Higher Education ranking
The Times Higher Education international rankings continue to innovate and have drawn a list of the Top 100 universities with the best student-to-staff ratio. ENS de Lyon, with just eight students for every staff member, made it to the 73rd spot worldwide, and to the 4th spot in France.
ENS de Lyon distinguishes itself with a teaching environment featuring a high level of interaction, engagement and academic support.
It contributes to France’s international standing and is one of just six institutions in the country to make it into this new ranking, alongside Ecole Polytechnique (19th), Blaise Pascal University (52nd), Ecole Normale Supérieure (54th), the National Institute of Applied Sciences of Lyon (INSA Lyon, 74th) and Pierre and Marie Curie University (94th).
