This is the second time that ENS de Lyon has been awarded the Welcome to France (Bienvenue en France) label with 3 stars, the maximum number for this four-year label, which rewards the quality of its facilities for international students.

Our 3-star label was awarded on the strength of several factors:

• a comprehensive corporate website. The English version of the site is very well maintained and clear, with information available on degrees, depending on the course and the student's situation ( EU or non-EU nationals);
• a complete and detailed range of courses, with course descriptions, language prerequisites, grading systems and clearly identified job opportunities;
• participation in the Université de Lyon's multiservice portal as a member, including a health and student aid portal;
• 2 welcome booklets in French and English and a document, Prepare your stay, accessible online once admission has been confirmed;
• a welcome week for international students;
• a range of degree courses >50% in English or another language (Russian, Arabic...) for certain Master's degrees;
• FLE (French as a Foreign Language): welcome program and courses throughout the year;
• a complete ENT (digital workspace) in English;
• e-learning courses in French and English;
• accommodation in the school's own residence (539 beds) and a partnership agreement with the private sector;
• recognition of student commitment through the ASSET association, which entitles students to 5 ECTS in support of international students;
• 42 sports activities with preferential rates and a high-level sports referent;
• a partnership with the Jeunes Ambassadeurs association;
• a Pépite (Pôle Étudiant Pour l'Innovation le Transfert et l'entrepreneuriat) Beelys program supported by the Fondation pour l'Université de Lyon;
• a national and international Alumni Association, an active association that organizes meetings and forums on different professions;
• student involvement in the Sustainable Development and CSR strategy;
  an Equality Mission;
• the Pro Vélo Employer label.

The Bienvenue en France (Welcome to France) label identifies the actions taken by various departments and laboratories at ENS de Lyon to better inform international students before and during their search for training, so as to better welcome them afterwards in their new home and place of study.
The quality of our welcome for international students is fundamental to the internationalization and attractiveness of our higher education system. This label, which appears in the Campus France catalog of courses, helps to boost the attractiveness and international visibility of our school, and highlights our strengths in welcoming international students. A mark of confidence, the label attests to the quality of the support offered by ENS de Lyon to international students.
