Assistant Professor at 電気通信大学 University of Electro-Communications, Chofu, Tokyo, Japan.
- Dates of stay: 2019 - 2021
- Research project: The goal of our project is to study the programability of biomolecules such as DNA and RNA, with the help of an algorithmic model called Oritatami. An oritatami is a schematic representation of a molecule that folds upon itself as it is transcribed. This co-transcriptional folding is seen as an algorithmic process. Our goal is to develop programming paradigms and languages to make it perform arbitrary computation.
