ENS de Lyon is participating in the blood donation challenge organized by the French Blood Establishment (EFS).

The students of the ENS de Lyon are invited to give blood at the Maison du Don de Confluence during one month, from March 7 to April 7, 2023.

Every year, blood donations help treat 1 million patients. Every day in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, 1,400 blood donations are needed to satisfy the demand of health institutions. There is no product that can replace blood. It is because blood products have a limited lifespan and that the needs are permanent that donations are precious.

To take part in the challenge, please visit the EFS website and do not forget to indicate the name of your institution (ENS-Descartes) when you register.
